Who we are

Metgiga is a UK-based brand and growth studio working with businesses. This policy explains what happens to your personal data when you visit this website or submit the contact form, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form on our homepage:

• Name
• Email address
• Business name
• Your message

We do not collect payment details, and we do not require you to create an account to use this site.

How submissions are handled

Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, a feature of our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. Submissions are stored in the Netlify dashboard associated with this site, which only we have access to. Netlify may process this data on our behalf as part of providing that hosting and form service — see Netlify's own privacy policy for how they handle it. Netlify also hosts this website, so, like any web host, it processes technical information such as your IP address when a page is loaded.

When you submit the form, two further services process your details on our behalf:

• Google Sheets (Google): your name, email address, business name, message and the time of submission are added to a spreadsheet we use as a log of enquiries. See Google's privacy policy.
• Resend: sends an automatic confirmation email to the address you provided, and receives your name and email address for that purpose. See Resend's privacy policy.

A hidden honeypot field is included in the form purely to filter automated spam submissions; it is not used to identify or track you.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry — for example, to reply by email or arrange a call. We don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Analytics and tracking

This site uses Plausible Analytics to understand overall site usage, such as page views and where visitors come from. Plausible is a privacy-friendly analytics tool: it doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect or store any personal data, and doesn't track you across other websites. It only reports aggregated, anonymous usage statistics — no individual visitor can be identified from this data. No other advertising or tracking scripts are active on this site. How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of business correspondence, after which they may be deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Ask us to restrict or object to how we use your data
• Complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), if you believe your data has been mishandled
